Key Skills

  • Ability to learn software and regulations pertaining to the affirmative action program
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive client relationships
  • Good Critical Thinking Skills to help identify issues with client’s data
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Ability to be Independently motivated
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Good Time Management and Multitasking Skills
  • Ability to work well with others and contributes to the overall success of the organization

Program Location 

Most opportunities are remote/WFH and may also involve on-site work with your employer host in a location aligned with your needs.

Program Duration

3-6 months

Eligibility

Open to all qualified transitioning active-duty U.S. service members, both officer and enlisted, of any rank and branch.

Must have 180 days of active duty service remaining before the date of separation and have obtained approval or be in the approval process from the unit/command.

Note: As published in Department of Defense Instruction 1322.291 and as outlined in the U.S. Department of Labor’s Fact Sheet #712 of January 2018, Servicemembers participating in a SkillBridge program are participating in a capstone training experience at the end of the military career and are NOT eligible for wages or other benefits from industry partners since the program is supported by the Department of Defense which will continue to cover the salaries and benefits of the participating members.
